What are the odds
Question:
I am in Atlanta this week for an OSHA training course (I'm now site safety coordinator for my plant) and we did the old meet and greet before the class, and everyone was supposed to say something interesting about themselves. I mentioned an obsession for Z cars. At the break a woman in the class who lived about 45 minutes away from my house came over to me and said she had an 82, "in great shape but the driver's seat is so bad we can't drive it". I told her I would give her a Z seat if she wanted it. I can't believe for one that she lives so close to me or two that we both drove over 5 hours to go to the same class. And to top it off, another guy in the class works with one of my high school classmates. Spooky. Oh yeah, I made it by P-N-P before they closed and snagged two sets of GM bosch injector pigtails, and the 8 pin connectors with it, a front side marker, and two injectors from an 83ZX for my NA for $13!!! PS I am now bored out of my mind in the hotel, if you can tell. Only 4 more days of class, and 4 days away from my Z and my garden. Anybody in ATL want to get together Tuesday or Wednesday night??? 1983 280ZX N/A: 98% rust free, 118,000 actual miles. 1982 280ZX Turbo. $250 Parts car that was better than the rustbucket. 1983 280ZX Turbo. I was just down there a couple of weeks ago on a copacking assignment for my company. Would have been glad to get together for some longnecks and Z Talk. One of my favorite spots on the Windy Hill exit just North of downtown at the 285/75 intersection, is the Pappasitos/Pappadeaux restaurants. Great food, excellent bar and not a bad place to hang out. Another good place is the Bahama Breeze in Duluth, just nortwest of downtown. They usually have some pretty neat cover bands playing on weeknights and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. Excellent food!!!!!!!! You better make tracks when the training is over. With the holiday weekend coming, the Atlanta traffic will be a bear!!! 78 280Z Daily Driver All original, Stock engine, Auto Trans w/factory A/C, 205,000 miles, new suspension and bushing kit, under primer and saving for a paint job....... 83 ZX w/T Tops, purchased 4-20-06, 122K miles, Son's restoration project Answer:
