well tony its not a place like yours with land to put my junkyard, but it is a colony that is close to school, right off of a bus route, and in a neihgborhood with no HOA. plus it has a 2 car garage with "rv" parking for the parts car. and attached living space.

And RV Parking. That means exactly what you said, "parts car parking"---but in reality, there in Colorado, wouldn't you do well to plunk down a nice Sea Container and keep the goodies in correct storage? Hell paint it to match the house, nobody will ever notice. And a Z fits in there with plenty of room for parts!
