What's your decel and overrun values?
It seems like you're using the over-run fuel cut but not the decel bin. You are running way rich on decel until the over-run kicks in.
That's probably why you get flames.
I love the turbo 6 with no muffler :)

the decel fuel amount percent is umm.. 100% haha
