So, long story short my roomate bought a 240sx and alot of drama insued. Finally today he picked it up. He was driving and all of a sudden it started running like ****. So after opening the hood the spark plug wires had actually shot off of the plugs. Took it back to the shop that did the work. Everything got cleaned up and supposedly worked. Well, after 20 minutes of driving same thing. Ive got my ideas on what it is but would anyone else like to take a shot at it?
Currently parting out 1990 300zx TT.

Fan kicking in pulling them off??
Must be crappy wires considering the ones I have experience with take a lot of force to pull off....

cracked head, compression is blowing them off?

To much voltage to the wire, or to resistave a wire. or it's just not getting put on tight enough. I'm assuming it's a single cam 240sx cuase I'd serously doubt that a dual cam one could blow a wire off from the middle of the valve cover. See if the plug is different sized, or fi they used to much silicone grease when putting the wire on.
