Does anyone know if this hat has an old-school adjuster or is a newer FlexFit style?

Larry Emmons, of Emmons Coachworks, said that he could embroider on any hat I sent him. I've been thinking of buying a blank FlextFit hat like I like and sending it to him to do. JWA, it has an old school adjuster unless it's changed from the one I bought a couple years ago. By old school you mean a metal clamp and strap?? in the back.
