So I have this shift knob that came already installed on the car:

I don't like it - the holes that are drilled in the bottom of the knob bother my fingers a little bit.
Anyone want to trade with me for one of those plain silver ones with the numbers on them? I'd also be open to pretty much anything else that is NOT this one.

Only requirement - we have to meet somewhere to switch, because I don't have any other shift knob! I'm in the LA area. All the new knobs (not recalled) have holes in the bottom. If you're car has not had the shifter replaced by recall or later mfg date, it should. Jeanie, I think it would be pretty easy to fill in the hole with RTV. Mine is. Perhaps then it would not bother you?
