The lease on my Z is finished in March, and I'm wondering if they're going to give me any problems once I turn the car in. I've heard horror stories of people once they turn their leases in, receiving a bill for $2000 due to wear and tear.

Does anyone here have experience leasing from Nissan Motor Corp?

I'm not planning on getting into another Nissan product when the Z is done.

I think as long as you have stayed under mileage you "should" be fine. But man o man God help if if you go over in mileage. I have never heard of a wear and tear add on, urban myth?

If you are super worried, you could try leaving the car during the middle of the night in the lot with the keys in an envelope through the dealer drop-slot. I've seen it done with no fees, but that's no guarantee.

are you taking another lease with that dealership, if you are then their customer relationship m'ment should be a priority and they will take care of you.

if not take a distraction with you, a fine young lady may do the trick.....
