With the NISMO pipes mod complete--and way satisfactory, I will add, it's time for the next one: Looking at putting the NISMO S-Tune front and rear sways on the car. Has anyone--dumb question, but gotta ask--done this mod, and how has it worked out?

Even though the handling in stock config is pretty damned good, I'm thinking that the sways will "flatten" the car even more, give a sharper turn-in, and reduce some of the pushing sensation. Also, will reduce the tendency to "step out" if I back off or brake when I'm a bit too hot in a turn. (I know, I shouldn't be too hot, but sometimes it works out that way.)

Anyway, is this a good mod?

BTW, Number Three on my list is the CAI. Should that be second, instead?



I put the Nismo sways on my '03 performance model - - kept the stock springs and shocks - - IMO they made a great improvement in regards to understeer and cornering flatness - - I'm very satisfied. Boght mine from Performance Nissan - - you can't beat these guys prices and they are very helpful.

I have the entire S-Tune suspension, including the shocks, springs and sway bars. Since I had it all installed at one time I can't say how much difference the sways make by themselves. I really like the set up. The car is lower, corners better and that dreaded bounce is gone. No tire feathering issues so far either. I had my front tires replaced by Nissan when the suspension was installed.

i recently had the s-tune shocks and springs installed/last friday and the ride has been dramatically been smoothed out. no more bounce and seems to have more a even feel to it. i do not have the sways " yet".
performance nissan has done all my nismo mods outside of cat back. they know there stuff and are quite helpful.
