Chuck - Bob has my Z ( ' 03 Enthusiast silverstone ) and he should be at RSM right about now to get the front tires replaced. If you happen to be near the dealership in the next hour or two please drop by the service dept. and take a peak as to what's up. No telling what tires they dug up and where they got them. They are telling me that they are the new backordered Potenzas. We'll see about that.

I had the dealership buy the Michelin Pilot sport a/s. Just got them this evening along with a new steering wheel.

The tread pattern on the tires is unchanged. These tires have pink and white stripes over the surface. I assume that this is some kind of manufacturer measurement marking. I phoned the parts and service depts. at Tustin, Irvine and Barwick and inquired about the tire tread design. They all told me that the replacement Potenzas that they've gotten have no change in tread design. Go figure.
