I had a brake squeal everytime I pressed the brake. Took to a dealer and they replaced the pads and turned the rotors under the warranty. Make sure they replace the pads if it's the brake squeakers. Another dealership tried to only clean but it never took away the noise. I hope you can tell the difference between brake noise and tire noise.
