Question:

mga sir any output regarding sa surplus tire at kong san ba nakakabili nito... at kong magkano ang agwat sa new tires? need to replace kasi 4 tires at mahal kasi yong bago so i'll go for surplus hehehe bitin kasi sa budget... thanks
Answer:

in my opinion mahirap yan e 4 tires tpos surplus pa? khit paano safety concerns din diba? might as well go buy yourself 4 brand new tires khit na kulang ka sa budget get the best na makukha mo for your budget imsure naman meron e rather than surplus mahirap na talaga ... safety parin dapat mo isipin than makatipid .. for me ipon for new tires ka nlng
Answer:

Always invest in the best tires you can afford. Those four rubber tires are all that keep your car on the road. For me I would never buy surplus tires.
Answer:

thanks for the advice.... nakabili kasi me ng 2nd hand car kaso worn out na talaga mga gulong niya. ala pa budget so im force to go for surplus.. mas safe siguro kong surplus ruther than yong dating gulong niya... thanks po uli ng marami. siya nga pala size pala ng tire 195\60R15.... mga magkano kaya ngayon yong pinaka mura na... :bowako:
Answer:

yung mga ganyang sizes bro nasa 1k usually, tsambahan pa kung makakita ka ng magandang brand at thread. Madami na din tires na mura ngayon i'm sure makakakuha ka din ng maganda.
Answer:

useless bumili ng surplus. i tried that once, na-oblong after 500km or less. isang linggo lang halos yun.
if you're that hard up, buy two NEW tires (2700 ang ganyang size, Dunlop LM702, pero mas mura Goodyear NCT3 or Yokohama S306, mga 2400 siguro). tapos yung lumang dalawa, sa likod.
Answer:

wag kang bumili ng surplus. hindi advisable yan. mga isang buwan lang yan putok na agad yan. bili ka nlang MAxxi or any lower class tires na bago.
Answer:

san ba makakabiling low price na new tires mga bosing?? thanks...
Answer:

kools, buying surplus tires is not cool :D
daming horror stories about that. do not compromise your safety dahil kulang ang budget. yung yokohama s306 eh mura lng, yung 14" eh nasa 1.6-1.7k each, yung 15" eh around 2.2k-2.4k
Answer:

di talaga maganda bumili niyan, nasubukan ko na. isang buwan lang may mga blister na.
Answer:

Answer:

share ko lang, di naman lahat or yung iba na 2nd hand or surplus tires my flaw or delikado,. depende sa bibilan mo yan at diskarte ng titignan mong gulong,.. mine kasi i've bought a 2nd hand tires (front only) na bridgestone on my galant (P1,500 pair + labor),. fortunately, yun nga lang, tlagang tsambahan lang makakita ng matinong gulong,. so far so good, wala pang 1 year yung gulong sakin, pero ok pa naman ang thread, ride, traction, condition etc,. no problem at all!
yes safety, peace of mind is a big and very important deal here, madaling sabihin talaga yan, even me honestly, I really won't buy any surplus,.. but unfortunately for many middle-class pipol like me, who has a very tight budget, not all chikoteers can afford to buy a brand new one,. saken nman, panandalian lang yung pagbili ng gulong (1 year lang ang allotment ko dun), di naman palaging ganun na lang. (In fact, i'm budgeting my pocket to buy 4 brand new ones this year, again bcoz of my narrow finances, low branded lang kukunin ko (P8k+ set/4), and I'll end up saving up to P3-4k set of 4 vs. well-known branded of almost P12-13k).
Well, it depends parin on every instinct, ideas or plans of us if we really want it...or not. I'm a risk-taker, so if it's defective then so be it, it's my mistake, but if it goes beyond my expectations, then someone is flawed!.. hehe!! kanya-kanyang taste lang yan ikanga ng iba! ...hope som1 understands, it's just my 5 cents, ty!
Answer:

Sa hirap talaga ng buhay ngayon oo.. pero tama rin po kaya na dapat safety first pero may point din si ranban7g … dapat marunong kang tumingin or mangilatis ng magandang klasing gulong…any way I’ll go with 2 new for front and 2 surplus for back hehehe … kulang talaga budget.. para may pang alingment at balancing pa…. So thanks a lot guys…
Answer:

That's the best choice.
Answer:

let me tell you my experience...
i've previously used second hand tires dun sa dating oto ko. after one month, may bukol na yung isa. tapos after two weeks, sumabog na.
invest in brand new ones, even though cheap/koreans/taiwans will do.
afaik, for 15" inchers (195/55/R15), may nakita ako last weekend na brand new. brand is federal and afaik, made in taiwan sya. i think this will be ok for someone who is in a tight budget. mga 2400 each.
for 14 inchers, i think the cheapest bridgestones costs around 1300 each.
just don't forget to regularly check your tires for damages. also maintain your suspension alignment to the prescribed level and of course, always maintain the right tire pressure.
but as i've said above, if you can help it, avoid using surplus tires. they will be more expensive in the long run. (imagine using them for around 3 months only?)
Answer:

mas mura are 195/60R15 kesa 195/55R15, often by a substantial margin.

tantcha ko lang ha?
low-ends costs around 2200. yan yung mga korean/taiwan made (see post i've made above)
high-ends mga 4800-5500. mga bridgestones, yokos, dunlops, michellins, pirellis yan.
