Power extended towing mirrors F250/F350

I have a pair of Ford power extended towing mirrors I would like to sell. They came off a 99 F250 Superduty and will fit recent F250s and F350s. These cost $384 from Ford. I will sell for $200 plus $20 shipping. These are Foldaway mirrors. If you have power mirrors now and would like the extended mirrors this is what you need.
Try posting them on Ford Diesel , there's always guys looking for them there.
I would be interested in purchasing the mirrors if they are still for sale. Contact me via my e-mail. I have a 2000 F 250, will these bolt right on or is there any other connectors needed, do you know?
Do these mirrors have the heated feature?
F250/F350 Supercab door ajar light

I have owned both a 99 F250 and a 00 F350 Supercab and have trouble with the door ajar light staying on even when the doors are firmly closed. It is intermittent. Is this a known problem? Where is the contact switch in the door that activates this light?
Its been a while since I have worked on any of those trucks but if I remember correctly there is a switch on the door latch that turns that light off. I cant remember if you have to replace the whole latch or just the switch on the latch.
I'll do some research and post back later.
Good luck

It also happens on the 2000 Ranger extended cab I drive at work. Sometimes when making a turn the light comes on. Doors are firmly shut. I have learned to ignore it.

I had the same problem with my 99 SD Ext. cab. What happens is the grease in the door gets tacky and prevents contact(not to mention build up of road grime etc.) take WD40 or I use PB Blaster and spray the door latches and into the latches on the drivers and passenger doors, this will clean the contacts and should fix your problem.

Nice to see another '75 on here too.
I replied to your PM, there's info there on re-sizing your photos if you'd like them to take up a little less page space.
I think our view of the world got a little "sideways" in the last two photos though! ;)
dany,
Wow! I just had a flashback to my teenage years when I saw these pictures of your truck. When I was 17 and in High School (many years ago but we won't go there) I owned a Black 1970 Ford F-100 4x4, 4 speed, w/ a 460 V8, and a Fisher Plow. Looked much like yours except it didn't have any lift.
Nothin' like a little steel to put between you and what ever gets in the way. :D
here is the latest update on jamie's truck. the flat bed so far we have about 9 hours and it comming out realy good!!!

this aint to bad for to teens
here are some more pic of our "mudding experence"
jamie had to be pulled out
The bed is temporary till winter when the truck will get torn down. I will slowly work on the old bed to get hwr back inti shape. The cab and everything else is in good shape so I might just paint the cab and get some aluminuim diamond plate to cover the top. Bellies (tool boxes) will be made this week.
I had to get pulled out because as the passenger side tires sat there they slowly sank.
does anyone have any comments about the flat bed that we are in the prosses of bulding. or any thing that would make it better
Wow never seen so many Mainers!!!!!!! Nice old rigs!

I have had no intentions of buying the product. I to thought it was one of those $ucker product that i saw on paid programmingin the morning.
Whats that saying?
If it sounds too good to be true
